It’s important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible so they can get used to the grooming experience. We recommend they come in two week after their final set of vaccinations.

No. Your dog is unlikely to settle if you are here. They are likely to wriggle and move creating an unsafe grooming environment. It is best to drop off your dog at their scheduled appointment time, and then come back when the cut is finished.

We aim to be able to provide you with an appointment within two weeks of your enquiry. We are fully staffed and open 6 days a week meaning we can usually accommodate with a choice of appointment times.

Yes. Walking your dog before an appointment allows him to release energy and provides time to toilet. A good walk will make the grooming time easier and more enjoyable for your dog.

Of course. We offer a range of styles for you too choose from. Styles available for your pet will depend on the condition of the coat and the temperament. We offer free consultations.
